Mostly very good but was anxious about elderly patients having to wait for attention, i.e. comode.All nurses very busy & efficient.

professional staff were good. cleaning was good. I listen to bbc radio 4 and the world - service but the hospital had blocked/blacklisted the url? I have paid my licence have you? luckily I had a dab radio as a back up.

Constantly kept updated on what treatment I was getting and why. Always asked if I needed anything both day and night. All nurses during my staff polite and helpful even when under pressure from extreme workload.

all the staff were friendly and efficient. the level of care was just right for my requirements. one of the other patients needed more care than me and this was carried out with great compassion and diligence. sleep masks would be a good idea
